Gary Bridgeman founded the Brussels Yoga Academy, a community of Yoga, body and mental health professionals dedicated to integrating scientific research into traditional Yoga techniques to support the teaching community and empower individuals to live their most fulfilling lives.

Gary’s passion lies in raising the bar in Yoga education and helping establish Yoga teachers as recognised professionals with the skills and knowledge to support their students to learn, grow and evolve beyond their self-imposed limitations.

Born in London, England, Gary now lives in Brussels, Belgium and is a registered Yoga teacher, MBSR teacher, and neurodynamic breathwork facilitator. An avid polymath, Gary also compliments his Yoga with philosophy, psychology, physiology, and entrepreneurship knowledge.
